Ingredients
- Foxtail Millet – two cups
- Urad Dal – one cup
- Soya bean – 1/3 cup
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 spoon
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Wash Foxtail millet, Urad dal, Soya bean and fenugreek seeds and soak together for three hours
- Grind to a smooth paste with sufficient water
- Now add little salt to the batter
- Leave over night for fermentation
- Make dosa and serve it with any chutney of your choice
