Ingredients

  • Foxtail Millet – two cups
  • Urad Dal – one cup
  • Soya bean – 1/3 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds – 1 spoon
  • Salt – to taste

Method

  1. Wash Foxtail millet, Urad dal, Soya bean and fenugreek seeds and soak together  for three hours
  2. Grind to a smooth paste with sufficient water
  3. Now add little salt to the batter
  4. Leave over night for fermentation
  5. Make dosa and serve it with any chutney of your choice
